A hotel chain opts for the introduction of a luxury 5 star brand on top of the existing successful 4 star formula.
To made this happen, I organized:
- a clear HR vision
- a fit for the future employee value proposition
- innovative, scalable recruitment
- deployment of selection assessments
- different employment conditions
- designed in house training and education programs
- leadership development
- 80% automation of HR administration, enabling more real attention for people.
We worked on this project for several months and the end result was really impressive. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our customer was able to make leaps and bounds.
REORGANISATIE
from subsidy to commerce
We handled this project carefully because it was the very first reorganization of this scale for this pharmaceutical manufacturer.
People had to find their own sources of money other than the subsidy tap.
