We handled this project carefully because it was the very first reorganization of this scale for this pharmaceutical manufacturer.
People had to find their own sources of money other than the subsidy tap.
What have I achieved:
- Redesign of the organization from research to consultancy focus.
quartermasters in their new leadership role
- design sub-organizations
- rollout of reorganization plan
- required new roles
- saying goodbye to people, helping to set up a mobility center,
- Filling 80 vacancies in 3 months
- organized relocations
- managed sentiments.
All these actions were necessary to see the company subsequently change. I loved working with this client and look forward to working on many more such successful projects in the future.
